II. 6B Attorney letter to the board

Due to decisions being considered by the current DBPOA board, your neighbors in Block 6B of Dover Bay (on Spangle, Slaveck and Bergstrom) have worked with our own attorney, at our own expense, for a legal understanding of those decisions and how they impact the care and maintenance of our roads and common areas.


This board's decision on our neighborhood will affect property owners on Eskridge, Shannon, Opal and Olsen. The board has determined these are "private roads" and that owners are responsible for their maintenance costs (in addition to current dues.) Property owners in Block 6B disagree with these decisions and last November our attorney sent a letter to the board expressing our legal position.



Since we have not had sufficient communication from the board, we have sent an additional letter to the board reiterating our objections. (March 2025)
