I’m excited for the opportunity to serve on the DBPOA Board and contribute to the continued success of our beautiful community.

Dover Bay’s custom homes, scenic walking paths, and thoughtfully-maintained common areas make it a truly special place to live—one that I’m proud to have called home for the last 9 years.

Before moving to Dover Bay, I served for 14 years on the board of directors for the Lexington Square Homeowners Association. That experience gave me valuable insight into how effective leadership and thoughtful management help maintain the character and value of a neighborhood.

Professionally, I work as a Quality Manager for a medical device company, where I ensure compliance with FDA regulations through a robust Quality Management System. I am a certified auditor with extensive experience interpreting regulatory standards, identifying compliance gaps, and driving continuous improvement. I am also certified in Lean Manufacturing, and I specialize in process improvement strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce waste—skills I believe translate well to managing HOA responsibilities effectively.

As a scientist, I approach decisions with a data-driven mindset, focusing on facts and long-term impact rather than opinions. I believe this perspective is essential for fair, transparent, and practical decision-making on behalf of our residents.

Outside of work, I enjoy the full range of outdoor activities that North Idaho offers—from skiing at Schweitzer and mountain biking on local trails to relaxing on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille.

I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and commitment to service to the DBPOA board.
