Chris Judd will be nominated from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Help us vote in this highly qualified, long-time Dover Bay resident.
A Very Qualified Candidate
Chris grew up in Spokane, attended the University of Washington, served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and obtained an M.B.A. For the last 25+ years he has represented homebuyers and sellers, investors, professional athletes, and corporations in residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Idaho & Washington. He is currently a Managing Broker at Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty in Washington and an Associate Broker for Tomlinson Sotheby’s International Realty here in Idaho.
Chris, like many of us, is concerned.
Chris and his wife, Andrea, purchased their home on Bergstrom nearly 11 years ago; their goal was to provide a welcoming place for their 5 kids and their extended family and friends. In 2021, they bought their neighboring lot with plans to build a guest house for others to experience Dover Bay.
Under the current DBPOA board, Dover Bay isn’t the same place Chris and his wife fell in love with. Chris understands that we seriously need a new DBPOA board that works in the best interest of all families, owners and neighbors−not one with a self-serving agenda.
Motivated, the right way
With over a quarter of a century in real estate, Chris has experience I⁸d two types of people who serve on an HOA board...those interested in personal gain; others, who help correct the fallout from the former...Chris is the latter.
Chris is willing to personally invest his valuable time and experience to return Dover Bay to the community that we all fell in love with.
Throughout his many years in real estate, Chris has worked with exceptional boards and a myriad of other self-serving, poorly managed associations; he has said “the people, do indeed, make all the difference.”
